So i was thinking about Alison how she was teasing Lucas ( saying that he was hermaphrodite ) . And that thought brough me to this theory . Maybe Jason was a hermaphrodite it explains the high pitched voice in Killer , The long hair on the photo where he looked like a girl . Maybe he even was in the mental hospital because of that ?
