Community rocks! Empty Community rocks!

The premise of Community Season 1 DVD was based on Harmon's real-life experiences. In an attempt to save his relationship with his then-girlfriend, he enrolled in Glendale Community College northeast of Los Angeles, where they would take Spanish together. Created by Dan Harmon, one of the minds behind Heat Vision and Jack and The Sarah Silverman Program, Community follows Jeff Winger, a crooked lawyer who is forced into Community Season 1 DVDcollege after the state bar invalidated his law degree from Colombia rather than Columbia. The purpose of Community Season 1 DVD isn't to teach Winger to stop his dishonest, lazy, smart-alecky ways, but rather to relish in his calling Abed an Asperger's case and then giggling at it sounding like "ass burgers." The concept of a bunch of mismatched community college students bumbling through life is rich with possibilities and, speaking as a former community college student, has the ring of truth all the way through. This show is hilarious and at times I find it inspiring. All the actors are wonderful -- especially Gillian Jacobs and Alison Brie. I also really enjoy the Community Season 1 DVDcollege setting. It's a very appropriate setting for a show about a diverse group of friends that each have their own special and interesting reasons for being there. I really think the creators planned it out well. Hope its season 2 will be released on dvd soon!
