Life as An anorexic

I wrote this because A friend asked me too. This is a daily journal of my life...as an anorexic.

I always feel like someone is staring at me with those cruel eyes. Matt hasn't looked at me ever since i got back from the hospital. I thought Anorexia would make good changes to my life but instead it made things worse. Im betraying my parents everyday. Every time they give me food I take it up to my room and throw it away.They think i scarfed it all down. Im getting weaker. I noticed if I dont change this behavior I surely with...die.

No no no do'nt throw it away you need to eat!

You should eat some Ben and Jerry's its really good! :p I eaat like a pint a day and im still skinny!

You should always eat every day, three balanced meals. Eating properly will lead you to looking good, but food is a must! Besides I'm sure you look just fine, you don't have to be super skinny. That doesn't make you cool. Your family and friends will love you just the way you are for who you are. Most importantly you have to love yourself for who you are inside and out. While I love this book series, the girls in this book aren't role models. Most of the time they aren't very nice people. Life is rough for everybody, but if you stay true to yourself and just keep fighting it will get better!!

If you don't eat : You're body will start to store fat so that it can feed on those fats when you don't give it the proper nutrients it needs. So it is better to just eat healthy and maybe not pig out all the time. Not eating also will hurt your metabolism, meaning you won't be able to burn calories as fast as you normally could. If you want to lose weight NOT EATING IS NOT THE WAY. You need to eat, you need to eat a healthy diet, or else your body will store all of the fat from when you do eat and your metabolism will slow down ( and you don't want this ).

So eat, sure you can do a healthy diet and add some exercise but by not eating you are only making the situation worse (aside from the fact that it isn't good for your health).

We do too. We were close because of the entire a thing. We knew a lot. Maybe too much about her. Her phone number, I had her e-mail, Claire. Everything it seemed.
